Built fairly – that’s why the relationship lasts. For the timber construction up to the weathertight shell we guarantee you a fixed price depending on the variant. All further budget items we work out together with you and bill them directly and transparently. A Fullwood house is built single-shell from solid timber — one single, continuous wall without insulation layers, films or composite materials. The wood absorbs moisture and releases it again. The result is a balanced, pleasant indoor climate you feel from the very first step.
Add to that the thermal mass of the wood: the solid walls absorb heat and release it slowly back into the room. In winter the warmth stays in the house; in summer the rooms heat up far less. That keeps energy demand low — and the temperature steady throughout the day.
Building land has become scarce — and that is exactly where our work begins. We help you search and show you paths you might not think of first: plots not yet on the market, demolition properties with potential, building rights, replacement new-builds or splitting an oversized plot.
We check the plot for you — before you commit:
Zone, plot ratio and building regulations · boundary distances and possible development · servicing and connections · slope, subsoil and access · easements and encumbrances in the land register · realistic construction costs and the approval path.
We work with specially developed software and plan for you, from the single-family home to an entire development.
